WHAT I OFFER

Support as nuanced
as you are

Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. I draw on multiple evidence-based modalities to offer tailored support that's shaped around you — your history, your pace, and your goals.

01  Individual Therapy

02  EMDR Therapy

03  Relationship Therapy

04  ExRP Therapy

For anxiety, life transitions, self-worth, burnout, and more Individual therapy provides a tailored, collaborative space to explore what's keeping you stuck and develop both practical skills and deeper self-understanding. Whether you're adjusting to life in a new country, managing the demands of a high-pressure career, or working through patterns that keep showing up in your relationships — this is where we begin. I work with a relational, integrative approach, meaning I draw from multiple frameworks and genuinely meet you where you are. Sessions are 45 minutes unless otherwise agreed.

Trauma processing for what words alone can't reach Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help your brain process traumatic memories and experiences that feel stuck — showing up as flashbacks, nightmares, anxiety, or emotional reactivity that seems disproportionate to the present moment. Using bilateral stimulation (typically eye movement), we work together to help your nervous system integrate what happened, so those memories lose their emotional charge. EMDR can produce significant results in a focused timeframe and is effective for single-incident trauma, complex trauma, and group traumatic events.

LGBTQIA+ affirming, intercultural specialization Relationship therapy helps partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and rebuild connection. I work with all relationship structures and am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I have particular expertise with intercultural and interracial couples — relationships where love is real, but so are the layers of different backgrounds, family expectations, and ways of seeing the world. I use The Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners genuinely understand each other and build lasting change — not just surface-level coping.

For OCD, phobias, and anxiety that limits your life Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is the gold-standard treatment for OCD, phobias, and anxiety disorders. If you find yourself caught in cycles of intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviours, or avoidance that has quietly shrunk your world — ERP helps you gradually face what you fear in a safe, controlled way. Together, we create a personalised plan that moves at your pace, building your confidence and freedom step by step. While ERP requires commitment and can feel challenging, most clients experience significant relief and reclaim activities anxiety had taken from them.

Sliding Scale Availability

I believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for students, trainees, and those experiencing financial hardship. If cost is a concern, please mention it when we first connect — we can explore what might be possible together.

THE PROCESS

What working together looks like

1

Complimentary Consultation

A 20-minute call to meet each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and see if we're a good fit.

2

First Sessions

We spend the early sessions understanding your history, goals, and what you want to get out of therapy. There's no rush.

3

Ongoing

Weekly sessions are recommended. My approach tailored to you — blending insight, skills, and whatever fits your needs.

4

You're in Control

We'll check in regularly on progress. You decide when therapy feels complete. There's no locked-in commitment.

TAKING THE FIRST STEP

Not sure which service is right for you?

That's what the free consultation is for. We'll talk through what you're navigating, and I'll share how I might be able to help.
