My Services
Tailored Support for Your Journey
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides tailored support for the unique challenges you're facing - whether that's adjusting to a new country, managing perfectionism and high achievement pressure, healing from past trauma, or working through relationship patterns. I offer a warm, collaborative space where we explore what's keeping you stuck and develop practical skills alongside deeper self-understanding.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy specifically designed to help process traumatic memories and distressing experiences that feel stuck in your body and mind. Whether you've experienced a single traumatic event, ongoing difficult experiences, or carry wounds from your past that still affect you today, EMDR helps your brain reprocess these memories so they lose their emotional charge. Using bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements), we work together to help your nervous system integrate what happened, reducing symptoms like flashbacks, nightmares, anxiety, and emotional reactivity.
Couples and
Relationship Therapy
Relationship therapy helps couples and families strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and rebuild connection. I work with all relationship structures and am LGBTQIA+ affirming. Specializing in intercultural/interracial relationships, I use the Gottman Method and attachment-based approaches to help partners understand each other more deeply and create lasting change.
Exposure and
Response Prevention
Exposure and Response Prevention is a highly effective treatment for OCD, phobias, and anxiety disorders. If you find yourself caught in cycles of intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, or avoidance that's limiting your life, ExRP helps you gradually face what you fear in a safe, controlled way while learning that you can tolerate the discomfort without engaging in compulsions or avoidance. Together, we create a personalized plan that moves at your pace, building your confidence and freedom step by step. While ExRP requires commitment and can feel challenging, most clients experience significant relief and reclaim activities and experiences anxiety had taken from them.
